like i always tell here, there are lots of option.
1st: go for it. she/ he was already your ex, no more feelings, nothing at all right?! then go for it.
2nd: be coward enough to run from what you feel. hide it and die everyday. (this shouldn't be your opt)
3rd: talk with them.
4th: make up your own plan, btw, it was just a mere advice. some advices are good, but not good enough to satisfy you.
